Who We Serve
We work with founders and product leaders developing smart devices, IoT systems, and embedded solutions. We know that product teams fail not due to lack of talent or passion, but because they lose sight of the customer journey.
To solve this, we created the Reliance Framework™, a system that streamlines your product creation process. It connects customer feedback directly with engineering, ensuring clear communication. Before launch, time to pivot is the missed signals for most teams running out of cash..
Get started with our three free playbooks: OLGE, the Full Scrum Guide, and Developer Bench. These resources are designed to reduce time-to-market costs and ensure your decisions are based on learning, not luck. The Reliance Framework™ helps keep your development aligned with market needs, allowing you to move faster and build products that truly matter.

Why We Serve
Over the past 20 years, we have immersed ourselves in the world of embedded product development, working directly within client organizations, managers, and the team to deeply understand the product creation journey. We have observed firsthand where product creation breaks down and why.
Building Lasting Value with The Lindy Effect
At Organisationsdiplomaten, we apply the Lindy Effect to develop robust, research-informed methods for the Reliance Framework™ that endure. This principle helps us validate and select methodologies or general approaches throughout your product journey.
The Lindy Effect originated about a century ago among actors at a well-known New York deli. They observed that a Broadway show running for 100 days could be expected to continue for another 100 days. Formulated since 1964, the effect posits that the future lifespan of an idea's usefulness is directly related to its current age. In other words, the longer something has existed, the longer it is likely to continue to last.
This insight allows us to avoid fleeting trends, enabling you to focus on what truly matters. Your product. We do not aim to convince anyone with the product life cycle concept. Instead, we base our conviction on proven concepts. At Organisationsdiplomaten, we leverage this principle to create a competence center that stands the test of time.

Ambidexterity is a dual challenge of product creation
At OrganisationsDiplomaten, we believe that successful product creation requires a balance between discovery and delivery, and innovation and execution. This principle, called organizational ambidexterity, is central to our approach. We have developed the Reliance Framework™ to provide clear methods for effective product creation by combining insights from organizational science, anthropology, and product development theory.
Innovation works best when teams learn from what they build while focusing on what they know. Our extensive research has revealed a common paradox: a strong push for innovation often leads to a loss of clarity and focus. Without a shared framework, strategies can become theoretical, execution can drift, and confidence can erode.
To tackle this issue, we design the structures and processes that align innovation with execution, ensuring that discovery and delivery happen in sync.
